We are a warm, friendly and welcoming church at the centre of the village of Borrowash on a mission to bring the love of God to the community!
We welcome all to join us whether you already have faith, are curious, looking for friendship, or are just attending an event or group.
We have accessible ramps, a hearing loop system, and project onto a big screen. Although we no longer have any specific restrictions, you are more than welcome to keep wearing your mask or socially distance.

Sunday Services
We hold a service every Sunday morning at 10.30am for around an hour within our church building on Nottingham Road with tea and coffee served afterwards in the hall. Our church is warm and welcoming and you will feel part of the family right away whether you are just visiting or a regular member.
Services are based around prayer, bible readings and song with different preachers each week, so if you don't find one to your taste there is always another to try! We also take great pride in the local arrangement services organised and run by the congregation themselves; we choose themes that resonate with us and have fun choosing our favourite readings, hymns and poems.
The calling of the Methodist Church is to respond to the gospel of God's love in Christ and to live out its discipleship in worship and mission
